| t This proceeding arises out of an application for reinstatement filed by petitioner, Clayton Paul Schnyder, Jr., an attorney who is currently suspended from the practice of law in Louisiana.

UNDERLYING FACTS AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY

In In re: Schnyder, 05-1463 (La.1/13/06), 918 So.2d 455, we suspended petitioner from the practice of law for one year and one day for his misconduct in handling the legal matters of two clients.
