OPINION
HUTSON-DUNN, Justice.
Appellant, Khang Trong Nguyen, seeks a reduction of bail through this appeal. In three points of error, appellant contends that the trial court abused its discretion because his bail is excessive and therefore, violates the United States and Texas Constitutions and the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure. 1 We grant appellant’s request for a reduction of bail.
