Petitioner, Edwin Parker (Edwin), brings this second appeal concerning the distribution of property to respondent, Barbara Parker (Barbara), from the sale of Edwin’s stock in Dur-O-Wal, Inc. (Dur-O-Wal). The court awarded Barbara $520,800 from the proceeds of the sale of Dur-O-Wal stock in the original trial action.
