— Order unanimously modified on the law and as modified affirmed, without costs in accordance with the following memorandum: Plaintiff brought this action against the County of Erie, Town of Cheektowaga and Town of Amherst alleging that her conservatee was injured as a result of defendants’ negligence in designing, constructing, maintaining and signing Youngs Road and failing to remove snow and ice therefrom.
