In a prosecution by the state in the district court for Dawson county, Arthur A. Foreman, defendant, president and director of the Farmers State Bank of Overton, was charged in 14 counts of the information with violating the banking laws. In some of the counts he was accused of making false book entries and in others with making false statements and reports.
