This is a petition for a temporary injunction pursuant to Section 10 (Z) of the National Labor Relations Act, as amended, 29 U.S.C.A. § 160 (l) which in substance alleges that the respondent induced and encouraged the employees of M. B. Foster Electric Co., who as electrical subcontractor was engaged in carrying out a contract with Yale University for the construction of an addition to the University’s Dunham Electrical Laboratory at New Haven, Connecticut, to engage in a concerted refusal to handle work and materials and to perform the services which the Foster Co.…
