COLLARD, Associate Justice.

This is an action for damages for alleged wrongful and malicious suing out and levy of a writ of sequestration. The petition is as follows.

“Your petitioner, Frank C. Wedig, a resident citizen of the county of Travis and State of Texas, who will hereinafter be styled plaintiff, brings this suit and files this petition against P. L.
