MEMORANDUM

JOYNER, District Judge.

Plaintiff instituted this 42 U.S.C. § 1983 action alleging that Defendants’ parole procedures violated his rights under the Fifth, Eighth, and Fourteenth Amendments of the United States Constitution. On December 10,1996, we entered an Order dismissing this action in its entirety with prejudice. On December 23,1996, Plaintiff filed a Motion to Alter or Amend Judgment.
