Concurring in the affirmance of this decree, but not entirely in the opinion delivered by my brother Woodward, it is necessary that I should briefly state the reasons which have induced me to believe that the decree of the Register’s Court should be afflrmed.

I have no doubt whatever but that the 16th section of the Act, passed 8th April, 1833, which provides “ That a will executed by a single woman shall be deemed revoked by her subsequent marriage, and shall not be revived by the death of her husband,” is in full force, neither repealed nor in any wise affected by the Act of 11th April,…
