Capps v. Judsonia & Steprock Road Improvement District

This is an action by the appellants, taxpayers and owners of real property, in what is known as the Judsonia-Steprock Road Improvement District (here after called district). The district was created by act No. 8 of the Acts of the General Assembly in extraordinary session, approved January 31,1920. The action is against the district and its commissioners.
