By order dated December 7, 1955, the minor involved herein was adjudged by the Juvenile Court of Duval County to be a delinquent child within the purview of Chapter 39, F.S., F.S.A., upon a finding that he was without proper parental care and guardianship due to the conduct of his parents. Custody of the child was temporarily awarded to his paternal uncle and aunt with .visitation privileges granted the parents at all reasonable times and places. Jurisdiction was retained for the entry of such further orders as may be deemed necessary. No appeal from this order was…
