Sovereign Camp, Woodmen of the World is á fraternal beneficiary association having subordinate lodges throughout the country, including one in Louisville *700named Cypress Camp No. 64. On August 16, 1906, Henry Leitseh, the deceased. husband of appellee, Agnes Marie Leitseh, became a member of the Sovereign Camp, Woodmen of the World through Cypress Camp No. 64, and said society issued and delivered to the said Henry Leitseh a benefit certificate whereby it undertook to pay to his father the sum of $1,000.00 as benefits in case of the death…
