Plaintiffs/Appellees are wheat farmers. Defendants/Appellants are Lapeyrouse Grain Corporation and its subsidiary Montgomery Grain Corporation. The Corporations appeal from a $20,000 judgment (based on a general jury verdict) in favor of the farmers.
