The appellees, Ralph S. Moseley as special administrator of the estate of Otto W. Miller, deceased, and Seth E. Cole, Sr., Robert A. Cole, Sr., Mamie Whitmarsh, and Margaret A. Hostreiter, the devisees and legatees under the will of said deceased, as plaintiff's, brought this action in the district court for Lancaster County against the defendants and appellants Mary S.
