STEPHEN A. HIGGINSON, Circuit Judge:

Defendants-Appellants Cedric and Renee Flowers and Renee’s children, Ashley and Michael Simmons, appeal the district court’s grant of Plaintiff-Appellee State Farm Fire and Casualty Insurance Company’s motion for summary judgment. State Farm brought this declaratory judgment action seeking to have a homeowner’s insurance policy issued by State Farm to Cedric Flowers declared void ab initio as a result of material misrepresentations made by Cedric Flowers in his application for the policy. We AFFIRM.
