OPINION

{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant Terrance Greathouse appeals from his conviction and sentence for kidnapping, rape, two counts of aggravated robbery, intimidation of a crime victim, and firearm specifications on all five counts. Greathouse contends that this matter must be remanded for re-sentencing under State v. Foster, 109 Ohio St.3d 1,2006-Ohio-856, 845 N.E.2d 856.
