Nicholls, C. J. The plaintiff alleged that about the 19th of October, 1898, he was married to Blanche Michel, in the city of New Orleans; that of his said mariage there was issue, a girl child named Lucille, who was,at the institution of this suit, 19 months old; that on or about the 10th of January, 1901, his wife left his marital domicile and was then residing at No. 738 Napoleon avenue, and although summoned to return to the marital domicile had refused to do so.
