In an action to recover brokerage commissions for the leasing of real property, defendants appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered November 18, 1970, in favor of plaintiff against defendant Nicholas Di Martini and also dismissing the complaint as to defendant Louisa Di Martini, after a non jury trial. Appeal by defendant Louisa Di Martini dismissed, without costs. She is not an aggrieved party.
