The Plaintiffs, the Foster-Glocester Regional School Building Committee and all eight of its members ("RBC"), seek declaratory and injunctive relief. The Defendants, four of the five members of the Glocester Town Council ("The Council"), are being sued in both their official and individual capacities. The RBC seeks a declaration that the Council cannot remove RBC members.
