MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

CROW, District Judge.

The defendants are charged with one count of conspiracy to commit an offense against the United States in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 371 with reference to 18 U.S.C. § 1958 and one count of soliciting another to commit a felony having as an element physical force in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 373 with reference to 18 U.S.C. § 1958.
