We adopt the statement of facts in the brief of appellant viz.: These appeals are from “three companion cases involving identical facts and issues of law. The cases arise out of an automobile collision occurring September 19, 1964, between an automobile driven by Barbara Sharpe Peterson, allegedly as agent of Jeffrey Haynes Peterson, and in which he was a passenger, and an automobile driven by appellee Betty P.
