OPINION

{¶ 1} Dennis Cole Flanigan appeals from his conviction and sentence on two counts of aggravated vehicular homicide while under the influence of alcohol. Following a jury trial, Flanigan was found guilty and sentenced to six years in prison on each count to run consecutively for a total of twelve years. Additionally, the court suspended Flanigan's driver's license for a mandatory term of life.
