OPINION

{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Joseph Randall Feltner, appeals the decision of the Butler County Court of Common Pleas convicting him of murder and abduction. We affirm the decision of the trial court.

{¶ 2} On December 5, 2006, appellant was indicted for one count of murder as a result of committing a felonious assault, in violation of R.C. 2903.02(B), and one count of abduction, a third-degree felony, in violation of R.C. 2905.02(A)(2).
