Mary Anne Maurer, the Property Tax Administrator of the State of Colorado (the Administrator), appeals the trial court’s judgment affirming the decision of the Board of Assessment Appeals (Board) which granted defendant Denver Urban Economic Development Corporation (Denver Urban) an exemption from property taxation pursuant to § 39-3-101(l)(g), C.R.S. (1982 Repl.Vol. 16B). We affirm.
