hln this suit for an accounting, the owner of a convenience store sues a petroleum products distributor who supplied gasoline and petroleum products to the store. The products were delivered on a consignment basis and the dispute involved plaintiffs share of the difference between the defendant’s cost and the retail prices realized in customer sales.
