OPINION

GILBERTO HINOJOSA, Justice.

A jury found appellant guilty of injury to a child and assessed her punishment at 10 years in prison, probated, and a fine of $10,000. We affirm.

Appellant asserts, in her first point of error, that the State failed to prove the corpus delicti of injury to a child, that is, that the alleged victim was injured by the criminal act of another. In point two, appellant contends that the State failed to prove that she was the person who committed the offense, if indeed one was committed.
