OPINION AND ORDER GRANTING PRELIMINARY INJUNCTION
KNOX, District Judge.
This is an action for copyright infringement claiming that the defendants have copied and are using for commercial purposes certain wall charts and coaches’ training manuals copyrighted by plaintiff illustrating the use of plaintiff’s gymnasium exercising equipment. There is a companion case pending in this court involving patent infringement and unfair competition in connection with the manufacture and sale of equipment at Civil Action No. 71-166.
