This is an appeal of the property distribution in a dissolution of marriage entered by the Yellowstone County District Court. We affirm in part and remand in part.

The issues raised by the husband are:(1) Did the District Court abuse its discretion in setting the value of certain corporate equipment at $40,000?(2) Did the District Court err by awarding a corporate asset to the wife as part of the property division?
