Appellee sued appellant for damages resulting from an injury to a Neon sign owned by appellee and extending from the front of his property. Appellee alleged that on April 30, 3943, appellant’s truck, while being driven by an employee engaged in appellant’s business at the time, negligently ran into a Neon sign belonging to appellee, doing damage in the amount of $300.
