OPINION

FRIEDLANDER, Judge.

Eric D. Smith, pro se, an inmate currently incarcerated at Pendleton Correctional Facility, appeals the denial of his motion for preliminary injunction, challenging that ruling as the sole issue on appeal.

We affirm.

The facts are that on August 11, 2005, Smith filed a complaint alleging that the Indiana Department of Corrections (IDOC) violated his rights under the Indiana Constitution.
