Appeals (1) from an order of the Family Court of Albany County (Duggan, J.), entered January 5, 1995, which, inter alia, dismissed petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 4, for a *776downward modification of child support, and (2) from an order of said court, entered July 21, 1995, which, inter alia, granted respondent’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 4, finding petitioner in willful violation of a prior child support order.
