On April 1, 1937, judgment was entered in the district court of Williams county in favor of the C. I. Johnson Manufacturing Company as plaintiff against the Progressive Printing Company, resident in AVilliams county, as defendant, for the foreclosure of a chattel mortgage upon the property involved in this action and situated in Williams county, the complaint describing the property specifically. In that action the court found the plaintiff had a lien upon the property described in the mortgage for $1120 and interest and costs and directed that the sheriff of AVilliams county “repossess said…
