Robert C. Johnson appeals from the district court’s order adopting the magistrate judge’s recommendation to affirm the bankruptcy court’s order granting summary judgment in favor of the Internal Revenue Service. Our review of the record and the opinions below discloses no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm for the reasons stated by the district court. See Johnson v. Commissioner, IRS, 301 B.R. 707 (D.S.C.2003).
