— Before the court is plaintiff’s complaint to obtain judgment and to enforce mechanic’s lien claim, filed September 6, 2013.1 A trial was held on October 14,2014, following which the parties requested and were granted the opportunity to file briefs. On October 22,2014, defendants2 filed a brief and plaintiff filed a motion to amend complaint, seeking to amend *305the complaint to address certain evidence introduced at trial. Argument on that motion was heard November 14, 2014, following which argument the court scheduled an additional hearing, which was held December 15, 2014.…
