This suit was instituted by the First National Bank of Canadian against Gerlaeh-Higgins Milling Company, George Gerlach, and John Schrock, to recover the principal, interest, and attorney’s fees of a promissory note executed the 2d day of March, 1923, by John Schrock in the sum of $1,000, payable to the order of the Gerlaeh-Higgins Milling Company, and transferred by said company for value, before maturity, without notice.
