BNG Management Limited Eartnership appeals the orders of the circuit court granting judgment to Jason Hernandez after a trial on his claim for real-estate commissions, and denying BNG Management's motion for reconsideration. BNG Management contends that the circuit court should have granted its motion for summary judgment. See Wis. Stat.
