The plaintiffs, being four of the eight children, issue of the marriage between W. M. McDonald and his wife, *2sue defendant for the recovery of a one-fourth interest in a tract of land, being NE¼ of SE¼ of Section 23 Township 23 North Range 11 West.

They allege that the property was bought during the existence of the marriage between their father and their mother and that their father sold it after their mother’s death.
