CRIST, Presiding Judge.

This is a consolidated appeal of Defendant’s conviction for resisting arrest and denial of his Rule 29.15 motion for post-conviction relief without an evidentiary hearing. We affirm.

On June 29, 1990, two women informed Trooper Vicki Fohey they had observed Defendant driving erratically. As the women were talking with Fohey, Defendant parked his vehicle approximately one-half block away and entered a tavern.
