Appellant, James 0. Olden, was convicted in the Caldwell Circuit Court on two counts of trafficking in cocaine. He subsequently received a twenty year sentence of imprisonment on each count to be served consecutively for a total of forty years in prison. He now appeals his conviction and sentence as a matter of right, Ky.
