MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

ALESIA, District Judge.

Before the court is defendants All Press Parts, Inc., and Randal Coakley, Jr.’s, motion to transfer venue pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a). For the reasons that follow, the court grants the motion to transfer venue.

I. BACKGROUND 1

Plaintiff Tensor Group, Inc. (“Tensor”), is an Illinois corporation with its principal place of business in Willowbrook, Illinois. Defendant All Press Parts & Equipment, Inc.
