The appellee, M. A. Goza, instituted this suit against the British Islands Insurance Company and the Midland General Insurance Company, foreign insurance corporations, and W. A. Wilkinson, J. A. Wilkinson, and E. F. White, alleged to be a copartnership doing business under the name and style of the Houston Insurance Agency, on a fire insurance policy issued by the said insurance companies.
