Appeal from jury convictions for burglary in the first degree, attempted rape, robbery in the first degree, and armed criminal action. Defendant (Scott) was sentenced to ten years’ imprisonment for burglary in the first degree, a consecutive term of twenty years’ imprisonment for attempted rape, a consecutive term of thirty years’ imprisonment for armed robbery, and a term of fifty years’ imprisonment for armed criminal action, to be served consecutively to the sentences for burglary and attempted rape, and concurrent with the sentence for armed robbery for a total of…
