The creditors of appellee, James Kincheloe Moore, instituted this action in the Daviess circuit court to subject certain real-property held in the name of his wife, Penelope E. Moore, but alleged to belong to him, to his debts and liabilities, and the lower court having ruled against them, they prosecute this appeal, insisting that an examination of the evidence will disclose that the husband is the true owner of at least a one-half undivided interest in and to two tracts of land deeded to and held by the wife; that this property was purchased…
