Fienup v. Rentto

Gustav Fienup made application for a writ of certiorari seeking to review the judgment of the circuit court of Pennington county adjudging him guilty of contempt. The writ was granted commanding a return thereto of the proceedings in the matter and the record in an action in that court wherein Gustav Fienup was plaintiff and Edward Kiessling and others were defendants.
