Cora Lee Loy De Olazabal (the “Claimant”) appeals the District Court’s judgment affirming the decision of the Administrative Law Judge (“ALJ”) denying her disability insurance benefits (“DIB”), pursuant to 42 U.S.C. §§ 405(g) and 1383(c)(3). Claimant argues that the ALJ’s stated reasons for according little weight to the opinion of her treating physician — Dr. Jonathan Greer — were not supported by substantial evidence because the ALJ misstated the record and improperly relied on the absence of objective evidence, which does not exist in a fibromyalgia case.
