This is a mandamus proceeding by John Parks, Jr., relator (conducting a transfer and storage business under the name of Central Transfer Storage Company), against John L. Crosthwaite, auditor of Dallas county, to compel said officer to issue a warrant or check for the sum of $54.90, the alleged amount due relator for services rendered at the instance of Robert L.
