DeBRULER, Justice.

This is a direct appeal of a robbery conviction. Appellant received a sentence of twenty years. He raises three issues for review: (1) whether his right to a speedy trial was denied; (2) whether the trial court erred in continuing the remainder of the trial to a date when lead counsel could not be present; and (8) whether there was sufficient evidence to support the verdict.
