Appeals from tbe Circuit Court of Baltimore City. The first appeal in tbis case was taken from tbe order of tbe Court below, continuing tbe injunction previously granted, until tbe further order of the Court; and the second was taken from tbe order of tbe said Court dismissing tbe cross-bill of tbe defendants, diaries Marshall and William A. The object of the bill of complaint in this case, filed by the appellee, is to restrain by injunction, the enforcement of a judgment at law against him, until the determination of certain proceedings pending in the Court of Appeals of Virginia, and until the mutual claims and demands of the complainant and the judgment creditor shall be adjusted by proper accounts to be taken between them, under the direction of the Court. The appellee asks relief on the ground of an equitable set-off.
