Ahmad v. Eastpines Terrace Apartments, Inc.

On November 28, 2007, appellant, M. Abraham Ahmad, filed a complaint in the Circuit Court for Montgomery County against appellees, Eastpines Terrace Apartments, Inc. (“East-pines”), Metamorphosis Limited Partnership (“Metamorphosis”), and Mehahmad Enterprises, Inc.
