The somewhat voluminous complaint in this case seeks the recovery of damages for personal injuries, alleged to have been received by the plaintiff while he was a passenger upon one of the defendant’s street cars, and to have been occasioned by the defendant’s negligence.
The original complaint stated a good cause óf action. The defendant evidently so considered, since it did not, as it otherwise should have done, demur to it as awhole.
